Welcome to Grief Tools

What does GRIEF mean anyway?  It is the sadness and loneliness and memories you have for someone you love or a pet has died. Some of the memories make you sad and some you want to keep; to remember the person or pet you miss so much.

To grieve means that you let yourself feel all the good and bad feelings. You may cry, you may laugh, you may get mad, you may not want to talk to anyone at all. You may just want to be by yourself. All of that is grief. Every person grieves in their own special way. You will too. That is why Grief Tools is all about YOUR GRIEF.

On this site you will find TOOLS designed for both children and adults.

Grief Tools encourages you to follow the Workbooks, make a memory box,  read the Experiences, and take advantage of the Resources posted here.
